2025-2028 Grant Application

United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley (UWGCV) is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) to support programs addressing identified needs for Chippewa and Eau Claire counties in the areas of Health, Education, Financial Stability and Basic Needs.

When is the Application due?

The 2025-2028 Grant Application is due on Monday, July 29, 2024 by 11:59 p.m. 

Create an Account and Login Process

  • LOGIN HERE (If you already have a user name and password)
  • CREATE AN ACCOUNT (New users only - an email will be sent to you)
  • RESET YOUR PASSWORD (if your email has been used previously, you can reset your password)
  • LOGOUT (Be sure to log out once you have saved your draft or submitted your application)

How to Complete Each Part of the Application

  • Complete Parts 1, 2, 3 AND 4 for EACH PROGRAM that is requesting funding from UWGCV. 
  • Be sure to click "SAVE DRAFT" frequently. You will be able to return and work on the application as time permits. Be sure to click "SUBMIT" when completed. You will not be able to access your completed submission, but you will be sent a copy of your submitted application. 
  • Incomplete Applications cannot be submitted. Do not leave any blanks. Enter NA if there is no applicable text. Enter "0" (zero) if the field has no numerical value.

2025-2028 Grant Application Technical Assistance Training will be held during the following date and time below. We'll walk through the Grant Application from start to finish. The training will be virtual.

Technical Assistance Office Hours will be held during the following dates and hours below. Come prepared with questions and hop in/out during those times. Office Hours will be virtual. 

Confirmation of Submission 

  • You will receive a confirmation email after each Part is submitted from Isabella Hong, Community Impact Director, along with a link to any of your attachments. Be sure to make and retain a copy of your 2025-2028 Grant Application (including all attachments).

Review of Submitted Applications

Submitted applications will be reviewed for completeness by UWGCV staff. Community volunteers will review and score your application and financial documents. Applications meeting the minimum threshold will move on to a review panel of Advisory Council members for investment recommendations. These recommendations will be reviewed by the Community Impact Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors. If clarification is needed or if questions arise during any part of the review process, you may be contacted and additional follow-up materials may be requested.
